Assistenza 24/7: Supporto Continuo per Ogni Volo Privato
24/7 Assistance: Continuous Support for Every Private Flight
Coordinamento a terra: FBO, Dogana e Transfert
Come funziona: dal primo contatto all'atterraggio

Come lavoriamo con Your Private Jet
Domande frequenti sull'assistenza 24/7

A private flight can change in an instant: a weather window closing, a technical issue reported at the last moment, a client's unexpected change moving the departure time. In these situations, what matters is not only the aircraft chosen, but who answers the phone and how they handle the situation by finding alternative solutions. This is why 24-hour, 7-day-a-week assistance is an integral part of every flight organised by Your Private Jet, not an optional extra.
"A flight can change in an instant — the weather, a fault, a last-minute setback. What must never change is the person who answers the phone."
What 24/7 Assistance Means for an Air Charter Broker
One point of contact, before, during and after the flight
Our role: being the client's single point of contact, before, during and after the flight.
As an Air Charter Broker, we do not directly operate a fleet or an in-house operations centre tied to a single operator: our strength lies instead in being part of a worldwide network of operators and brokers, with our role being the client's single point of contact into that network. We communicate in real time with the operator, the crew and the airports involved to keep the flight under control from start to finish. For the client, this means having one dedicated contact reachable by phone before departure for any last-minute change, during the flight for monitoring the route and any irregularities, and after landing for baggage handling, ground transport or any other outstanding need.
When 24/7 Assistance Comes Into Play
The most common situations
A weather, technical or organisational setback: the moment 24/7 assistance comes into play.
Requests for intervention almost always arise from something unforeseen: a last-minute change of plan by the client; a NOTAM issued by EUROCONTROL related to adverse weather, requiring a new departure window or an alternative route; a technical issue reported on the aircraft that suddenly puts it in AOG status (Aircraft On Ground), preventing its use for safety reasons; the need to coordinate customs or immigration on an international route; a last-minute request involving catering, air or ground transfers, or baggage. In every one of these cases, the client has a single number to call, rather than a series of different contacts to chase down.
Flight Monitoring and Handling of Irregularities
The work the client doesn't see, but benefits from
Weather, NOTAMs, slots and aircraft status: the flight is tracked from take-off to landing.
From take-off to landing we follow the status of the flight in coordination with the operator: weather conditions along the route and at the destination, any NOTAMs issued during the flight, confirmation of take-off and landing slots, and the status of the crew and the aircraft. If an operational irregularity emerges — a delay, a diversion to an alternate airport, a technical fault — our task is to assess the available alternatives with the operator in question (or with others) and provide the client with solutions, often before they are even aware a problem exists.
"In an operational emergency, what's needed is not an extra aircraft: it's someone who answers immediately and knows what to do."
Ground Coordination: FBO, Customs and Transfers
From the airport to the final destination
From the FBO to the final transfer: assistance doesn't end when the flight lands.
Assistance is not limited to the flight itself: we coordinate all ground services with the FBO (Fixed Base Operator) at departure and arrival, for both the client and the aircraft. Catering, baggage handling, hangarage and de-icing (when required), and on international routes, Customs and Immigration formalities, so as to minimise ground waiting times for the client. On request, we also arrange surface transport by chauffeured car from the airport to the final destination, in continuity with the rest of the journey, along with any further concierge services requested by the client (see the dedicated section).
How It Works: From First Contact to Landing
From the first contact to the close of the flight, one dedicated contact follows every stage.
A direct point of contact is assigned to every booking, with a phone line active 24/7 for the entire duration of the engagement.
Proactive pre-flight monitoring: weather, NOTAMs, airport slots and aircraft status are checked in the hours before departure.
Real-time management of any unforeseen events — delays, faults, changes of plan — with flight rescheduling, when necessary, in direct coordination with the operator.
End-to-end ground assistance, from FBO coordination to ground transport, through to customs matters on international routes.
Availability until the flight is closed out, with a follow-up for any outstanding need after landing.
The Most Frequent Situations and How We Handle Them
What can happen and how we manage it
Situation
How we intervene
Adverse weather
We monitor the route with the operator and assess a new departure window or an alternative route.
Technical fault
We coordinate with the operator on the inspection and, if necessary, the replacement of the aircraft with an equivalent one.
Change of client's plans
We revise times, route or aircraft (with a corresponding change to the flight plan) according to the new requirement, with the least possible impact on timing.
Customs and immigration
We coordinate in advance with the airports involved to reduce waiting times and administrative complications.
Last-minute requests
We handle catering, ground transfers and baggage even close to departure.
How We Work at Your Private Jet
The flexibility of not being tied to a single operator, in the client's service.
24/7 assistance is not a separate service: it is how we interpret our role as an Air Charter Broker on every single flight we organise. Not being tied to a single operator, we can respond with the flexibility of having multiple possible solutions to resolve an unforeseen event, rather than having to manage just one. Our availability is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from booking through to well after landing.
